"TRAIL READY" BEGINS
This 6-week strength, mobility, and yoga training block is designed to prepare your body for the demands of summer biking, trail running, and hiking. Through progressive strength work, targeted mobility, and athletic yoga, this program builds durability in the hips, knees, ankles, spine, and shoulders while improving movement efficiency and resilience under fatigue. The focus is on single leg strength, joint integrity, balance, and recovery so you can climb stronger, descend with control, and handle volume without breakdown. Train now to move well, stay healthy, and perform consistently all summer long.

Our pinnacle spring group ride! Not a race. Nobody dropped. Community versus Strava KOM. Depart Carbondale Rec Center parking lot at 8:00 am. 78 miles with gravel and lots of vertical. Invitation only. BBQ at NEVE gym following ride.
GOTHIC MOUNTAIN TOUR
This ski mountaineering race is an chance to put your NEVE training into real terrain. This tour is ideal if you have been training consistently and want a meaningful, confidence building mountain day that reinforces why you train the way you do.
