NEVE Seasonal Blocks

$150 / block

Enroll in a curated 4- or 6-week block of mobility assessment, resistance training, and yoga.

  • Work with motivated peers

  • Train for the upcoming season

  • Limited to 12 athletes

  • Each session involves mobility training, resistance training, and yoga for recovery

  • 90-minute sessions, once per week – 5:15-6:45 p.m. Wednesdays

  • Next blocks: Oct. 15-Nov. 19; Jan. 7-Jan. 28; April 1-May 6.

Enroll in an online program to train with intention for the upcoming season.
